THE HISTORY
Working for our Clients for 25 Years
The ENDERA Group has been supporting its clients in hospitals, medical care centres and other healthcare facilities all over Germany for almost 25 years.
The company history started in 1999, when Fred Andree, today’s CEO of the ENDERA Group, founded the hospital consultancy “ANDREE CONSULT” as an individual enterprise.
Andree, who took the step into self-employment after many years of work at notable consulting firms in the healthcare sector, established his consultancy and hired his first employee after three years.
In the subsequent years, ANDREE CONSULT made a name for itself, and the number of employees rose continuously. The portfolio was gradually expanded – always with an eye on the clients’ needs. Alongside classic management and hospital consultancy, the management partnership was founded and, after 2014, personnel and interim were also offered.
In 2016, the new company name ENDERA was revealed. The attentive reader will notice the anagram!
“ANDREE CONSULT” had now become ENDERA Managementberatung.
The most recent growth of the Group is ENDERA IT-Beratung, which came into being in 2023 and which complements comprehensive portfolio with consultancy in all matters relating to IT and digitization.
The ENDERA Group with its five subsidiaries offers its clients support from a single source in all essential areas in the healthcare sector and has received references from successful projects in more than 300 hospitals and other healthcare facilities.
