We support and coach management and executive staff in hospitals, with an experienced team of experts, but we also fill vacant positions, as needed, with experienced specialists and executives from the ENDERA Group. We concentrate here on the hospital management and, depending on the client’s needs, take on management positions at board and executive level, but also in the areas of finance and commercial controlling, human resources, medical controlling, IT and managing the Medical Service of Health Insurance Funds (MDK).

Our interim managers have many years of experience in restructuring projects and in the management of hospitals with different ownership and sizes. This enables us to put together a promising, tailor-made team, or just support or fill individual management positions within an existing team.


In addition, we also offer the establishment of an interim, external reporting system. This allows the representatives responsible (shareholders’ meeting, supervisory boards) to be informed at all times, regarding the current developments in the economic and performance data and to be able to make reliable, future-oriented decisions on this basis.
